Oral sex gives you the same risks as vaginal sex for any STDs including AIDS and HIV.

STDs are spread by having vaginal, anal, or oral sex with someone who has an STD.

* Sharing needles or using needles that have not been cleaned with bleach.

The only birth control methods that help protect you from STDs are the male condom and the female condom.

If you and your partner have never been tested for HIV than yes you are at risk, if you continue any activities use protection and for the sake of your LIVES get tested soon. May you both be blessed with luck and love.

Of course you will be at risk of getting aids, you better do an HIV test to make sure you don't have it. Because if your partner has other partners and don't use protection you are at risk.

If and only if your partner(s) have the HIV virus to give you. Your best bet is to get tested for HIV regularly and use protection (condoms) if you are going to be active sexually (orally or normally).

It is so sad that there are people out there that do not know this answer already. Even if you are young, I know that some things are taught in school, but what does this say about parents today? I was kept in the dark about sex and things like that by my parents and I will not leave it up to my son to figure it out on his own. Go to a site that has basic sex education on it and read read read before you kill yourself and others!!!!!

Yes, and at risk for other STDs' and Hep C. And A and B if you have not been immunized. Also you may be pregnant and the baby will also be at risk for disease. Use a condom for all sex, better yet don't have it if you can't remember the rules.

Oral sex doesn't really get you HIV unless you had an open cut in your mouth or something weird. Vaginal sex can easily spread HIV.
