That would depend on your body fat index. Someone who works out with say 15%BFI would show more definition than someone with 20%BFI on an average given the same body style. Obviously the bigger your muscles, combined with lower BFI makes definition more apparant

that all depends on how much you lower you body mass index more than anything else... The lower, the more definition... Weight training helps but low body fat equals more definition
