You can be "hot and sexy", and if you don't have a good attitude you have nothing at all.
I'm not saying that's the case with you, I don't know you, you could be a really great guy!
But, looks aren't everything. Personality has a lot to do with it. If you have both looks and personality, and still nothing? Maybe it's all about confidence. Be confident. And be yourself, don't try to be someone you're not. <*Not saying you do, just saying don't...*>
Or, could it be the type of person you are going for? Are you attracted to people who are so self absorbed that they don't realize you exist?
I dunno.... I just know that looks aren't everything.
