This is rather confusing and a long-story all thrown here and there, but why would you believe ANY used-car salesman about anything other than telling you a car came from a little old lady in Pasadena? Go the the DMV and ask THEM whatever it is your trying to figure out.

I dont get what you are trying to ask.... if you are wanting to find out what happened during a police report you made 10 years ago contact the department that took the call they MIGHT still have the report
