Lately I've been getting sick from eating food, and at dinner time I don't want to eat. This isn't normal for me. I'm not aneroxic or billemic. I just don't know what's going on with my body. Do you feel the same way or know why I've lost interest in food?

I feel like that also at times, sometimes I want to eat and nothing sounds appealing at all and thinking of eating makes me want to be sick.

I've been eating less too because im trying to lose weight, even though I'm not fat. I never realized how hard it is to lose weight and to just eat healthy foods. Anyway, if you are fat it's probably good that you dont want to eat. But if you are normal then you probably should see a doctor. If you start becoming emaciated, like seeing your ribs through your skin, then you may need immediate medical attention and/or hospitalization. Otherwise dont be too worried because people can go a long time without food. Your body will tell you when its time to eat.

im male and i've been there. im going to assume that its just you, and no physical problem (tho i have no idea)

somethings to try are:

change up your diet, try something new, or even something you used to love, something you haven't have in a long time. just something that maybe you could get excited about.

also, exercise. when i have the problem you are describing, i go run a few miles, and after i cool down, and clean up, i usually have a healty appetite.

Hmm, you're the 2nd person I've heard talking about this.Maybe you should try natural foods. And anything with ginger in it is a good tonic for stomach problems.

you should see a doctor. maybe you have a medical condition that takes away your appetite. if you do not have a medical condition, then just continue your current eating habits, if any.
