If you get the impression someone is a bit weird and what I will do is move away from them if I possibly can, if they follow me I turn and tell them "Would you mind leaving me alone? Your making me uncomfortable" as calmly as possible. I hope this helps, it has done me in the past and I have met a lot of so called Nutters!!!!

If you can ignore him, that's best. If he gets violent or aggressive, a taser can work wonders. Try to avoid pepper spray in contained areas, because it will get everybody in the whole bus/train.

Ignore him. If that doesn't work, then start talking on your cell phone, and If you don't have one, start a conversation with someone else so they leave you alone! If that all fails, then get authority!!

Would you like me to lend you my dragon?

Learn enough self defence where you do not worry about it any more. If he gets too close, you really, really harm him.

If he does not, he does not scare you. You know if he does, you can really, really harm him.
