Cutting doesn't have an age limit. People nowadays think that only teenagers do it - but that's only becaues they are the most vocal group.
Go to a counselor. He or she can help you. Good luck.

You are not alone. Those feeling that cause that urge can affect a person at any age. You need to find a good counselor to help you with your emotions that trigger this reaction. Please don't cut! Call somebody and get help. Okay?

Some of these people.
I know I'm not one to say this, as I'm too scared to get help, but GET HELP. You're apparently depressed.
I hope you can find a source of comfort. Contact a local psychiatrist.

If you are self-harming Yahoo! Answers probably isn't the best place to get help, speak to a social worker, doctor or psychiatrist. Get a family member or friend to help you contact them if you need to.
