Cutting doesn't have an age limit. People nowadays think that only teenagers do it - but that's only becaues they are the most vocal group.

Go to a counselor. He or she can help you. Good luck.

You are not alone. Those feeling that cause that urge can affect a person at any age. You need to find a good counselor to help you with your emotions that trigger this reaction. Please don't cut! Call somebody and get help. Okay?

I know I'm not one to say this, as I'm too scared to get help, but GET HELP. You're apparently depressed.

I hope you can find a source of comfort. Contact a local psychiatrist.

If you are self-harming Yahoo! Answers probably isn't the best place to get help, speak to a social worker, doctor or psychiatrist. Get a family member or friend to help you contact them if you need to.

are you going thru menopause? hormone embalances can cause alot of symptoms during this time mood swings depression etc i suggest you go to your doctor and tell him about this he/she can get your hormones stabalized and evaluate your depression which i think cutting would be under. good luck!!!!
