As far as living with Americans what do you think? Be honest, I won't judge you. I treat people as they treat me.

Well, I have been here since before September 11, 2001 and to be honest, I have never felt any sort of hostility, rascism, or discrimination of any kind both before and after 9/11. I have been to school, college, university, held various jobs, know and befriend all kinds of people of all races and groups including some Jews. And mind you, I never try to hide who I am either. Everyone knows that I am a Muslims and I am proud to be one. Sure I crack jokes with mexicans and blacks. They tell me not to blow them up and I tell them not sell oranges on the street or go around beating their wives when they are drunk. Its all good!

In general, I adore them. They're the type that will do good and stand out against wrong, if only they know. They should know more about their surroundings though, they're kinda in their own bubble/zone. They're down to earth, humble, fair thinking people for most. The government treats Americans very well and those in their country as guests.

Unfortunately, those Muslims outside of the U.S. don't get to see how great Americans are. When I'm overseas, it's hard to share great stuff about Americans cause they only see the U.S. American foreign policy which does a horrible, horrible job in representing. Arrogant, biased, hypocrites,..the list goes on. I usually stick up for Americans when I'm visiting home, but it's a tough job. It's tougher than sticking up for Islam and Muslims here in the U.S.

If only the U.S. government treated citizens of the world like it treats it's citizens and guests. The world would be a better place and there wouldn't be this increase hate of America.

Many of my Arab friends after I talk to them about Americans (the side they don't see)end up changing their minds and say, if that's so we love Americans....but still hate the Government.

You only got to hear about the Arabs that rejoiced in the street after 9/11. What you'll never hear is that many Arabs cried and were sad when the the tragedy happened, as my friend said, we know what it feels to lose a life of a loved one unjustly. Many don't even believe Arabs were behind it.

We (the mass population) are victims of minorities that screw it up for us and create an enviroment of hatred and hostility.

I pray things change for the better

peace unto you

I am not a muslim. I have friends who are muslims. They told me that they felt blessed to be here in America for many reasons. I asked them if they ever wanted to go back to their national countries. They told me NO and never. They said that America has a peace and secure to enjoy life with money and happiness. They said that America is like a paradise. I was pretty shocked to hear what they think. Again, I respected their feelings of how they like to live in America. I have nothing against Muslims

My family follows Islam, but they're also American.
For the most part they don't want to be judged by what religion they follow, simply because a few extremists give others a bad name. Other than that, they care about their fellow Americans as much as you do. That is, they'll support our troops overseas (some of them are family members too), but if some one comes to them with hostility they'll fight back. Not because they're Muslims, but because someone is trying to justify their hate against Muslims with a baseball bat no less.

i'm sorry yet I ought to answer this. there is no context to the quran. it rather is not in chronological order, it is so as of length form of. the only "context" is regardless of if the verses have been printed in Mecca whilst Muhammad replaced into non violent or in Medina whilst Muhammad grew to become belligerent, dogmatic and illiberal. maximum of people who you stated are from Medina, Muhammad's violent time. by using fact they have been printed after the "non violent" revelations, they're those to be observed. of direction maximum Muslims will deny this. Ex-Muslims will tell the certainty. Ibn Warraq wrote approximately this in his e book "Why i'm not a Muslim". Medinan chapters of the quran are 2,4,5,8,9,22 and 40 seven. Ayaan Hirsi Ali is a Somalian born Muslims who escaped an arranged marriage and fled to the Netherlands. She has loss of life threats out against her for conversing with regard to the violence of islam, noticeably to females. She wrote in her e book "The Caged Virgin" that as quickly as she replaced into youthful, if she pronounced some thing large some non-Muslim, her mom and grandmother continuously pronounced, "No, they are not good human beings...in the event that they have been such large and good human beings, they could have become Muslims after which Allah could defend them against evil." (interior the preface of her e book, pg. X). She additionally warns approximately Western societies giving in to the islamic way of existence. It needs to be puzzled and adjusted. She comments how non-Muslims are those keeping the Muslims that talk against the violence of islam, noticeably in direction of women. those are actually not my words...those are from people who lived it. God Bless.

Your question is stupid: many Muslims are Americans. You seem to confuse nationality with religious belief.
