Just start flirting with him. Let him know you're interested and you like what you see! Maybe ask him what his name is and share interests or just talk about school or seomthing.

well no one can really answer that for you because everyone had different feelings about different things. you just have to know and think about what yall two have be through. was it more bad or good. everybody may have some doubts about the person they love. i think most of the time the guys should make the first step. if he havent said i love to you yet. than maybe you should just want on it but if you know for sure he loves you and want you to say it first then just say it. better to say it in person so you can see how he will react to it.

I am that type of guy who waits for the girl to make the first step,I don't know why maybe because I feel ashamed.
First give him signs like smiling when you look at him then try to get private with him,suggest him to go to a Cofee Shop or something,then tell him you like him a lot,he will definitley understand what you mean the rest is easy.
