The only way to know if they like you is to ask, so don't be shy just go for it and see what happens and if they don't like you then don't trip cuz it's plenty of people out there for you

Be their friend first. Throw a party with a whole bunch of friends and have their name on the invite list! Or, if you're too shy, go for the grapevine effect, a friend asks his friends what he thinks about you. I use grapevine as a last resort, though. Things can get misunderstood and mussed up.
Whoever it is, if they don't like you, they weren't worth much in the first place, eh?

Well the idea thing would to tell the person how you feel. But if you are like me you probably be scared to death,so, i would probably do little things to let that person know that i like them and if that doesn't work i would probably tell that person. Not knowing is the worse part.

make a simple choice:
1. talk to them about it. ask the person out. be prepared to be rejected and lose the person as a friend. (he/she might still be your friend).
2. do nothing. keep your feelings to yourself. be prepared to wonder for the rest of your life whether you had a chance with him/her or not.
Definitely DO NOT have your friends ask. Ask yourself, people always respect the courage.

Firstly, you should make friendly approaches. You could immidiately ask him out, but it is more likely to happen if you build up your relationship step by step. The gift-giving stage might lead to dating.

WHAT I WOULD DO IS PLAY AROUND WITH HIS MIND. THAN TRY TO PLAY AROUND WITH HIS EMOTION.THAN TRY TALKING A LITTLE DIRTY WITH HIM IN A GIRLIE WAY SEE WHAT HE THINK ABOUT THINGS. ASK HIM WHERE DO HE SEE HIM SELF IN FIVE YEARS. SO WHEN U GET ALL THE ANSWER THAT U NEED U WILL KNOW IF HE LIKE'S U OR IF U HAVE A CHANCE.

ask them without really asking them do they like sum1 at the moment and if theyre bein really secretive or dropping clue then the person could be u...or if ur brave juss come right out and ask them who theyre into or if theyre into u....good luck.
