I don't know if it's possible to prove what the best is because that question as you asked it has many variables... personally, i like the arm and hammer toothpastes... it gives my mouth a really clean feeling... every since i used it for the first time years ago, I've been using it since...

there is no best kind of tooth paste.
but try to use a toothpaste that has fluoride in it. that's what u need to look for to have a better teeth.
if possible try to find one with anti microbial agents, although its not very important. becoz, within minutes of ur brushing the teeth, they come back.
and never ever use just one brand of tooth paste. like i said no paste is good. so its better to use all of them or some of them alternatively. it is recommended by each and every dentist.
to be frank u can even brush ur teeth without using any paste. the main objective is to remove the food particles from ur teeth, which a good soft brush can do very easily. a paste is just to keep our mind satisfied and make those toothpaste makers rich.

The action of the toothbrush stirring up the plaque and eliminating that's what receives your tooth sparkling - toothpaste in simple terms makes it style extra suited while you sweep. till the toddler is able to do cursive or joined up handwriting (rather than in simple terms printing) you will might desire to supplement their efforts at brushing with the aid of brushing for them. It takes a lot of dexterity to be rather clever with a toothbrush so do not assume a toddler below approximately 7 or 8 to be able to do a mind-blowing interest. whilst brushing makes confident that each and every of the surfaces of the tooth are touched with the aid of the bristles on the comb in certainty brush the gums besides, yet gently. this type you will know which you have not missed any aspects.

Crest. I did a science project on it in 7th grade and found out that Crest cleans tarter and all of that yucky stuff much better than Colgate or Aquafresh combined. Actually, Aquafresh works as well as brushing your teeth with tap water.

Ipana, hasn't sold on store shelves since the 1960s in the United States. Yet it is always available from The Vermont Country Store website. It's my favorite toothpaste!
