8 oz in 1 cup
2 cups to a pint (16 oz)
2 pints in a quart (32 oz)
4 quarts in a gallon (128 oz)
And correction for someone elses answer; there are 16 ounces in a pound, NOT 32!
Cheers

Well lets see, there are 8 oz in a cup and 4 cups in a quart. What is that? 32? Does that sound right? I'm not too good at math and stuff.
