I want it to count th calories, fat, protein, carbs. I also want to be able to enter my weigh, and exercise and see how many calories I need to maintain weight or to lose weight. I want to be able to add foods and their nutritional values from the labels, and since I tend to eat the same things day after day, store some meal plans which I can use over and over.

I have been using a software called diet balancer, but I use several computers and I want my information stored online.

Any recommendations?

Join Weight Watchers on line. They have everything you need and a few things you don't know yet that you will need. They have recipes, links to get the type of food you need to lose weight and add some variety to your meal plan. They also have a section where you can talk to other people losing weight to share ideas, get and give advise. It is a complete set up with backup in the outside world (Off the computer) if you find you need it. I found one of the keys to my success at losing weight is a strong support system which weight watchers will provide. Just goggle (search) Weight Watchers and you will get the site. Good Luck

Try Ediets.com -- I've looked at it before and it seems very helpful!
