negative you! I fantastically sense for you because of your superstition (i.e., slicing at third b-day and protecting the curls). i could be mad if my in-regulations did that. i could be furious, actual. yet, take some deep breaths and picture about it. the wear and tear and tear is already carried out. there is not any getting the hair back. do not leave granny with the newborn on my own anymore, like you stated. with the help of the time the newborn is 3 years previous, he will have an total head of hair back and also you're able to do the custom merely like you initially planned. Getting indignant gained't make the region more effective acceptable. attempt to be actual looking and keep in mind that some all and distinctive seems merely ignorant and previous shaped (i.e., the granny). reliable success. And sorry to hearken to about this!

Yes! Cut the heart out and drop her into the flaming pit, just like in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom!

Sorry, no one word answers from me today. In answer to your question: You haven't really told us what she did that set you two off so. I see nothing wrong with cutting down on your interaction with her though. You two might just need a break from her behavior. It's sort of like what Dr. Phil says too: "You teach people how to treat you." How have you been teaching her how to treat you and your husband?

ignoring her might be a more subtle way of getting the message across. i'd let your hubby decide for himself what to do. you don't want him to blame you later for alienating his mother's affection. do whatever he decides and support him. she's not your mum and family is very important in the long term.
