I duno if i would consider those things to make a relationship "serioius", but what you are doing in kissing, hugging and holding hands is normal. It also wouldnt be abnormal for you to have a serious relationship. However to be a serious relationship you must really love the guy, which is possibe @ 13. Alot of people will tell you that it wont work and that your to young, but go for it and proove them wrong. Good Luck.

kissing and holding hands and hugging isn't really serious, but 13's a bit early for a serious relationship of any kind. That's when kissing is one of those things you wanna try out, but are too shy to try. I think my first kiss was at 13.... it was embarrassing as all hell, haha it had to be pre-coordinated by both parties so that one of us wouldn't chicken out.

kissing and holding hands isnt like serious serious, so yes, its normal. making out an having intercourse is serious

If thats all they do its fine and dandy,you need to hope they're dumb as I was and didn't know to much else at that age,I'd have a little talk with her,just don't get to threatening and lose her wanting to come and confide to you,I'm sure you know what I mean.

In south Korea, not really. that's when the kids dump. lol. lol. its also the start when the kids try to get longer hair, and get more muscles. lol. cause the kids r too shy to tell who they like.
