ok i can't do much exercise for reasons i care not to share right now the only thing i can do is walk so how long should i walk 30mins, 40 mins..... ? is there a specific pace? and how many times a week should i do this?

I walk everyday three miles. It takes me about 45 minutes to do so. Try to pick a route with a little bit of an incline, it will help you tone your legs better. I drive around in my car, using it's GPS system, to measure three miles. I make sure this route starts and ends at my house! It is really easy once you have walked it once or twice. I suggest walking with a friend. It gets really boring when you have no one to talk to! I try to walk every morning before work but take off on weekends. Try to also eat healthy. If you do that you should see a drop in your weight loss relatively soon. Try to walk without an iPod if you live in the city or like to walk in the street. If you do walk with an iPod or an MP3 player, keep the headphone that is nearest to the road out and on low. It really sucks when you can't hear someone or a car coming up behind you! Also try to keep a quick pace. The walk won't do much if you half-*** it. (I have tried!) Good luck, hope this helped!

I Dont Know How Many Days In A Week You Would Have To Work Out But Try This Dont Eat Anything After 7pm See How That Works Out For You :) Hope i Helped :)

I would recommend walking 4 miles EVERY day. That should take you an hour. You will lose weight at a steady pace. And, it good for you heart as well.

You should walk at least 3 times a week, and go by heart rate (DO THIS WITH YOUR DOCTORS PERMISSION OK?) for whatever s/he recommends. Figure 30 minutes- call it 15 minutes out, 15 minutes back. Good Luck

At minimum, you should walk 45 minutes for 3-5 times a week. At first, start off at a slow pace and once you've been walking for a while, speed up until you can begin jogging.

I would walk for 30 minutes in the morning and in the evening everyday if you can. Bring music to listen to. It's relaxing and you'll drop pounds in no time! Walk as fast as you can. If you sometimes feeling like walking slow, do that too. Make it fun, and you'll keep up with it! I like to walk to run errands or to grab a coffee. I get exercise in while doing the things I would do anyway! Good luck!

good steady pace not to slow and 30 - 40 minutes is ok. make sure you do other exercises also. try tips and articles on weight loss and exercises on this site

I walk around my neighborhood everyday so I would walk for an hour a day or every other day.
