you better talk about why u broke up in the first place, and resolve those issues, then sex is always a good subject, and why are you getting back, how long has it been, you will not like it any better this time around, in fact if you left him, and now take him back, then whatever he did to make you leave, he will do again, cuz he knows you'll forgive him, I say move on and don't settle for him, you can do better, and will later if not sooner, dont go back to him....

just be urself- dont start anything with him- be very nice to him
talk about stuff that you know that he likes or stuff that sounds interesting- talk about the news or other topics.
