let her figure it out for herself. She will resent u if you tell her you hate him.

Your loyalty should be with your friend so if you know for fact that he feels that way then you should tell her. If you are uncomfortable telling her or you do not feel that it is your place then you should just stay out of it and be a shoulder for her to lean on and let her learn on her own. Women go through heartbreaks a lot, I recently went through a couple of them and my friends never really told me what i should do, they just supported me in my decisions and were there for me when I needed them.

Well first how do u know that he doesn't really like her because if you get evidence of that and show her she might realize that he is a jerk and she will dump him.
