Why Israel need to notify before they attacking the terrorists?

they loosing the suprise affect.... that a #1 in war-suprise.
It's look like they risk themselves try not to kill innocent civilians.
And why the hezbullah hiding behind childrens (like the picture that you see the terrorists holding gun in 1 hand and a baby in thr other han) ??

Because Israel is trying to take the high road and give the women and children and innocent civilians a chance to get out.

Hezbollah hides behind women, children and civilians because they are cowards with no moral back bone.

I think it is 3 fold. Obviously it is good press and they desperately need that. They are trying to minimize civilian casualties. And the big one I think, they are probably watching the area so if they drop leaflets saying there is about to be a bombing, perhaps they'll catch Hezbollah coming out of hiding to flee the area. This would of course give them personnel targets to hit and hard targets in the structures they just left.

Because they arent attacking the "terrorists" they are attacking all the infrastructure and all the people of the Lebanon and they believe by doing this it perhaps gives them the morale high ground. If Britain had of bombed Ireland during the troubles would the US have stood by and congratulated them for bombing the terrorists. And by the way if it is a war why are one side called terrorists?

i didn't see the picture but you know what i see i saw the blood of children in the street and no one of Hezbollah was there if you want innocent to be killed just for the surprise affect so you are not human even if there is Hezbollah people it's shame on you to say that how can you be happy if children in his 9 month was killed and you can't see any think from his body what if he is your brother or your son what you going to say this is more bad that i ever listen to i can't believe that all the people how killed and all the children was not enough to SURPRISE AFFECT they are people like you they war a family in one time have friends like yours but no it's not enough to be human you have to be Israelis or American to deserve to live just think in those children and in those women many of theme are killing by the Israels killing machine and if 5 family or 6was saved this is not good for the war you don't care to any children but way you will he is only a ...........................................

it is normal to hold a weapon in one hand so as to defend your baby in the other hand.

Israel was not notifying Hezbulla fighters ... it was notifying civilians so as to bombard them while they are evacuating.

Hezbulla fighters are there in the real battlefield on the borders. Thats why we have 90 Israeli soldiers killed while fleeing back across the border.

WHY DON'T you see the picture of the Israelis hiding in their armoured tanks and shelling the civilians?

WHY don't you see the American smart bombs dropped on the children in the far north .... on christian areas?

Good point, although I doubt that after Hezbollah attacked Israel first, they were very surprised to receive retaliation.
And as far as asking why do they hide behind children...THEY ARE TERRORISTS, that is what they do.

They notify (warn) before attacking because they are a warm, loving, caring group of people. Additionally they are criticized for their actions, even if it is simply to defend themselves, so they also notify for P.R. purposes.

Certainly it gives their enemy a heads up. But they are caring enough to do it.

It does destroy the element of surprise. But if they do not warn civilians before they attack, they themselves become terrorists.
