The most important thing is that it must remain upright at all times. You don't say whether you are moving house or just moving it from room to room. If you are moving from room to room, you can buy little sets of wheels which are used to move heavy objects like paintings etc Ther are also types of hand trucks which are used.Your local tool hire company or hardware shop may be able to help.
If you are moving house seek advice from a professional moving firm.
Hope this is of some help to you.

Ok, first u need two strong guys, and when handling a plasma (or any big tv) is when your holding it, always hold it by the bottom, and never put pressure on the screen, cuz this could mess up the pixels, and yur tv is screwed. is it a flat?

very carefully and with many helping hands and some patience.

use a lot of bubble wrap or blankets if you are moving it from one house to another.

but if you are moving it from one room to another, just get some help. move anything that may be in your way (you want a clear path) and go slow and steady!

72" PLASMA?!?! If you can afford that, you can afford insured movers. Damn, the 65" costss over $8,000.00

You should have saved the box (and the packing) that it came in, like I did with my tiny Plasma TV.

Leave your door open and put a sign on it "Free TV"
Someone will move it very carefully for you.

Man...I love my new TV.

Sorry, but I'd call the shop for help even if I had to pay them to do it.
