deza vu is that creapy feeling you get when you do some thing that you feel you have done before/ or something happens that you feel has already happend

The correct spelling: "Deja Vu"
It's when something triggers your memory (as in a lamp or couch, or someone turning on the tv) and you think that you've seen it before when you really haven't. Some people think your re-living the same day when you experience it. Others think it's a type of dream you had and forgot, then later on something triggers the dream you had. It's really confusing. Sometimes i'll get it everyday for like a week then I stop getting it for a month.

i think some, not all, some of the deja vu experiences i have had happen because i dreamed about the circumstance before hand

I would start by telling you it's deja vu... then I would say it's a feeling that you've done something before or been somewhere before, that you've never been, or never done.
