You're perfect at any weight. (5'2" & 105lbs is fine)

Don't worry about that BMI cr@p either. I have a daughter that was told she was at the high end of the BMI scale. They took her weight and height into account, but not the fact that she has been playing soccer since she was 2 1/2 yrs old and is nothing but muscle.

What I'm trying to tell you is if you look in the mirror and like what you see, then all is great. Do not compare yourself to "super models" they are not the real deal!

Well, I don't know if the insurance tables have changed over the years, but, no, you certainly are not overweight by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, depending upon your bone structure (or skeleton), you are most likely underweight! For your information, try finding insurance tables for height-weight at a search engine. You'll find that most tables will list your weight for your height, given a standard skeleton, as about 115-120! Insurance companies are THE source for this statistic, because it's their business to not only know your given weight for your given height; but also, that their tables are as near to perfection as possible. Hope this took a load off your mind (no pun there!).

I'm assuming you are a female... and using the term "overweight" is a bad idea as there are standards using the BMI that classify people as overweight, etc and the BMI is next to useless. The real question you should probably be asking is "am I obese?".
You don't *sound* obese but we don't have pictures of you, and either way you should stop asking other people whether you are overweight or not, it's up to you to decide when you look in the mirror.

Your Body mass Index is 19 the nornal range for bass index is 18.5 to 24.9. You are actually on the lower end of norma for weight. Obviously that does not help if you feel over weight because of uneven distribution of body fat. That can be helped through excercise to firm up and gain muscle mass.

NO! Oh yeah, you must be insane to ask a question like that. You're not overweight. Stop yourself from falling in the media's image of what beauty is. It's just not realistic.

Nope. You come in at the low end of the normal range. A few pounds lighter and you'd be underweight.
