Hi Shana! Im from the Philippines. We have this wedding song here (I think its a revival, but this version is something worth listening to) that is really very very romantic! Its sets the mood that every couple/bride has been looking for especially when marching down the aisle. Check this song in the internet before you make a decision: The Promise by Martin Nievera.
Hope you'll like it. Other suggestions: All the Way by Celine Dion and Frank Sinatra/Instrumental Songs like Moonriver, A Love Affair to Remember

If you think of it as a love song, it'd probably work. Personally, I'm partial to Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. (Our first dance was to "You're Nobody 'til Somebody Loves You." But if your tastes are different, you can find some great ballads by heavy metal bands, country songs that pull at the heartstrings, or even (ack!) easy listening tunes that might not make you claw off your ears (though that's a longshot, especially if you have to think about Kenny G when the song is playing).

Go with what you (and your partner) like!

I hear a symphony- the Supremes
for sentimental reasons - sam cooke (and others)
all you need is love - the beatles

my sister and her husband walked down the aisle to their favorite reggae song (they got married in the caribbean)

choose something that means a lot to both of you!

I got married in May of this year. The wedding march was a twist in Canon in D by a group called Bond (look it up on iTunes). The song is actually called Lullaby(e) though. And our first dance was "These Arms of Mine" by Otis Redding

Let me know what you end up with!!

A classic from Mariah Carey. I don't recall the name of the song, but that guy Vandross sings in it, something with the words "endless love." It's an older song, but the words are timeless! good luck!

Jagged Edge songs are romantic as well. it all depends on your taste in music. I hope I helped

a modern ballad like mariah carey or brian mcknight or boys 2 men, or an old ballad like temptation and sam cooke or patti labelle. just be sure not to do anything too cliche.

A good one for your first dance is "When I Said I Do" by Clint Black and Lisa Hartman.
