Hate tends to stick to your fingers like gum or an errant piece of tape, so rather than dropping it, you have to actually scrape it off on another surface. Sometimes if you have another sticky piece of hate to get it stuck to, that helps.

just for example purpose only I am 31 yrs old i was brought up you should never hate anyone, because even if you get into a fight with someone ( i mean verbal) and you say something to the affect of i hate you. and found out later (just as you want to say sorry to the person) they died. you would probably feel really terrible. cause you never got to say sorry. HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE TO PEOPLE.

One reason, I think, is that some people are raised by haters instead of lovers, so they are more accustomed to hate than love. Also, a particular religion trains people to hate those who are not of their religion. "Hate" should be a bad word, the worst bad word, in my opinion.

Some people hate themselves so much that it becomes necessary for them to project that onto other people. Otherwise, they would kill themselves.
