by the way the both of them are really good friends... is it a way of the guy to let the girl know that he has feelings for her? do guys do normally do this to their friends or they have to be at least ineterested in a girl?

It depends on the age, if you are a young teen it could mean nothing at all but grabbing her face and squeezing her cheeks.
If you are an adult, in private and flirting etc.. do you really need to ask?
