meowie711 is wrong. it can mean something before high shcool if your lucky enought to find the right one. i'll be 16 in december and i have been with the same guy since i was 12. there is no age limit really. just when you feel comfortable with it. but now being alone with each other or without parent supervision i say they should be about 14 and they should recieve the sex talk first. what it can cause and all that. not just pregnancy but diseases as well. thats just my opinion but everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

when they still yound 11 or so.
go swinmming together in the afternoon is also ok
it comes to the later evening hours 16 and older...
