Could you compare Sodom and Gomorah to Las Vegas? Are they similar cities (b4 S&G burned down that is)?

That is a great question .I think that the when looking at Vegas and places like Atlantic City they are all geared towards sex.I"m talking in terms of anything goes.When you think about the times of Sodom and Gomorah you see that we are reliving those times.

I may be wrong, but I don't believe that the city fathers (and mothers) in Las Vegas are lining up outside of Caesar's Palace demanding that the management toss out the guests so they can rape them.

The comparison loses something, particularly when Las Vegas is perhaps among the MOST welcoming city for tourists in the world and Sodom and Gomorrah's great crime was being inhospitable to visitors.

I hope this isn't snide, but then again judgment about that seems to be in your court.

I wouldn't just say Vegas as being a city comparable to Sodom and Gomorrah, a more accurate comparison to two cities, would be two cities. That being said, I would say that the two cities most like Sodom and Gomorrah in the present day, would be: Vegas and San Francisco.

If I had to p.c.. one it would relatively be Caesar's Palace by way of fact each little thing is under one roof. the superb Mall for my section is interior Caesar's, called "The communicate board Shoppes. they have a teach interior the communicate board Shoppes with statues that come to existence each hour on the hour (unfastened teach). Undeniably, there are definite similarities. Sodom and Gomorrah were definitely worse though. Not even 10 righteous people could be found in them. At least there are several thousand Christians in Las Vegas.

Gambling is offensive to God, there's no doubt about that. So Las Vegas is probably on God's hitlist ... but not very high, in part because it is only serving an appetite that is already there.

I personally believe S&G is still somewhere in the Middle East, where all these radical Islamic countries scream about the decadence of the US, but behind closed doors indulge in harems of white slave women, high quality US porn, and a constant diet of live sex shows with their women.

I think Las Vegas is worse, because S & G didn't have guns. The whole world is a lot worse than S& G because there is no common respect for other people like there used to be. Some people think that New Orleans is worse than any other city....
