Why is Israel only allowed to have nuclear weapons (around 100) and not any other middle east countries ?

It is a known fact that Israel with the blessings of the U.S.A. has 100 nuclear weapons which was mentioned in the star tribune paper of Minnesota. While none of the other countries are allowed to have it even for energy purposes. Moreover Israel with its war with lebanon has exposed its WMD which amazingly it is allowed to have.

Israel doesn't acknowledge having nukes, and it's not like the US just handed them over and said, "Careful, a little dab'll do ya!" Also, despite the fact they have them, notice that the Israelis haven't used them on their neighbors while crying out to the world, "Jihad!" even though they've been at war and been attacked constantly over the past 50+ years. Unlike its neighbors, Israel is a responsible nation. God help us if the Syrians or the Iranians or even the Saudis end up with nukes.

By the way, nuclear weapons are NOT used for energy purposes--unless you measure electricity in kiloton yield instead of kilowatts.

As far as Israeli WMDs, you want to cite your source? What are you talking about?

Israel has never publicly declared it has nuclear weapons, Iran has. It is a very complicated issue and I don't completely understand it, but it is curious a country with such a violent history(provoked or not) is allowed to have WMDs. I found a news program that explains why we know Israel has WMDs and shed some light on the issue.

The only place I've found this news documentary is on Limewire(so... use at your own risk). I downloaded it as "BBC - Israel - Secret Weapon - Banned Censored.avi".

If the other countries in the Middle East were friendly and not supporting terrorists who think it's their job to destroy the US, then there'd be no problem with them having Nuclear Weapons. However that's not the case- Israel seems to the be only country over there that we can trust.

Isael says it doesn't but obviously it does at least according to an whistle blower in the Israeli nuke program who is as far as i know is in an Israeli prison. This reaction tells me he's not a crank. We the U.S.A. keep vetoing any resolution to hold Israel accountable. Because Israel is our pet project in the mid east. We also are scared to death of religious froot loops getting the bomb especially Islamic froot loops.

Hello..............that's israel...............it is the good country and the arab are the bad guys..................israeli have the right to kill the children and destroy the houses and kick the arabs.............but if an arab replied on them and attack the monster soldiers.........then they call the arabs terrorites.............what dont they have the right to defend their country as any people in the world??
