How is it racist if you choose to date only inside your own race because thats who your attracted to?

I am very offened when people accuse me of being a racist because im mainly attracted to white females. I dont spew hate against anyone. but at the same time I shouldent have to feel pressured into dating outside of my race just to impress people who disagree with me. I am just attracted to women who are in the same race as me. it's not a hate thing I swear. I just love a blonde haired,blue eyed aryan lady, who's intelligent with a great personality. I think people who say im a racist are the ones who have a color problem because they cant except me or my views or my prefrences. what do you all think. and please be kind I dont need anymore hate filled ignorant statements when I am only trying to be a nice guy that means no harm. and to further my explanation of attraction I dont mean any offense to all other women and in no way am I implying there ugly and I like women with dark colored hair to not just blondes I used that as an example. all opinions are welcome.

It's not racist at all, & there's nothing wrong with preferring your own kind, but there are some people who love to play the race card any chance they get in hopes of either forcing someone to give them what they want, or to try to embarrass the person. I've been hit on before by black women, & some of them couldn't accept a polite reply of "I'm sorry, but I'm not interested". Those who were like this would say something like "You just don't like me because I'm black". Well, after stammering & trying not to look like a dick, I realized I was playing into their hands. So now, if a woman says something like this, I do the last thing she expects: I agree with her. Then, while she's shocked, I tell her I actually woulndn't be the least bit attracted to anyone stupid enough to try to embarrass me in public, so she should just move on to someone else. The last time this happened to me, the girl was actually stunned to silence. She wasn't just black, she was also a midget.
You're right, this behavior isn't race-specific. While most of my own examples have been black girls, there have been other girls try this, too. I even had one try to tell me I'm prejudiced against Indians, when I'm over 1/4 Cherokee. I got a good laugh on that one. Being a fool is not specific to any race.
You, like all men, have their own preferences that attract them. I think you & I have similar tastes, except I also like auburn hair & seem to be more attracted to green eyes. There's nothing wrong with that. Even if you think women who aren't blonde-haired & blue-eyed ARE ugly, that's your right. Stick to your guns, & try to be polite at first when you refuse these women who hit on you. If they won't allow you to be polite, agree with them when they call you racist & anger them enough they never ask you out again. They may even tell their friends not to hit on you either. I wouldn't call you a racist. I don't think you can help who you are attracted to. You have the right to choose who you date. I have never dated out of my race, but if I was attracted to someone of another race I would have dated them. But like you said I'm just attracted to my own race.

Hi there. I happen to be in a biracial relationship and agree with you totally. Just like some of us like long hair, or green eyes, or large biceps, you can like whatever you like. Gee it is all about personal preferences. I would have to wonder what the hell the person's personal agenda is that would demand you to be attracted to someone is... That would be like someone getting irritated with me because I won't eat meat, or because I won't take drugs because I'm just not into it. it just doesn't make sense. Do what you like, life is short.

I'm black and into the interracial stuff myself. But to me you are far from racist. I just see it as sticking with the "original" flavor. I mean we all have preferences for whom we like better and whome we don't like as much. But you are far from racist, I just think that ppl are having so many problems being who they are that when they see someone knowing what they want and going for it with such ease, they outcry at them because their own struggle isn't as easy or well accepted. Ex. The gay and lesbians and transgendered, even the intteracial couples. But for me I'm going to fight to be accepted regardless of whom I'm dating white, asian, purple ppl eater, lol or whomever. All that really matters is that your happy. So keep doing what you doing.

i think you should date anyone you want to. there is nothing wrong with the way you feel about that just as there is nothing wrong say if you were only attracted to hispanics its your choice and i wouldnt let anyone push you into something you dont want to do. tell them your an american and so you get to choose who you wanta date get over it....

honey- that is just fine. it isn't racist to be attracted to a certain kind of people- tell those haters to shove it and ignore what they say.... for example- i only date black guys and i am indn- that doesn't make me racist to indns! but u kno wat- as long as u kno u aren't racist it doesn't matter what the rest of the ignorant population thinks or says.... date whoever u want to!

When someone likes someone else, their turnons or whatever, it's os subjective I don't know how anyone can be insulted or think they're being insulted by it.
