I'm a little worried about this because I've been keeping some secrets to myself (including from family). I'm a witch and I have only told my brother and my friend. I feel guilty because my parents don't know. How should I tell them?

Sometimes it's best to bide your time. Feel them out. If you tell them and it hurts their feelings, you haven't done anything other than alienated them.
My mother still doesn't know I'm a Druid; it would mean very little to her. My grandmother never knew I wasn't a Christian, but it would have hurt her because she truly believed that my "salvation" depended on my being a Christian.
Do what feels right.

One idea is to have your brother and/or friend sit with you while you tell them, for moral support. You could rehearse telling them with your friend first, or write out what you want to say first.
One thing is clear - you need to tell them, soon. It's inevitable, you don't want them to find out from your brother, or your brother's friend's ex-girlfriend, and the longer you wait the more you are torturing yourself.
If you have a friend who is in a group with you (i.e., a Wiccan group or some other group, if you're a member of one) that has been a witch for longer than you have, it might be a good support person too.

It's possible that your parents already know, maybe they are both deeply involved in witchcraft and are sort waiting for the light to go on in your bonnet... I'd just bring it up at the dinner table, has to be good for a little conversation, especially if I'm wrong..

Just ask them what they think of people who believe in witchcraft, and then tell them that you often believe in it.. and ease them in. Maybe don't go full blown at first just a little here and there and then in a few months they can get the whole picture without worrying.

You shouldn't worry about telling them anything. Tell them everything, and then if they protest, or complain, you can always mix up a special potion, and make them forget that you ever said anything at all. Isn't it wonderful to be magical?
