There is no one single book that all Wiccans adhere to. Many Wiccans keep a journal or Book of Shadows and they may use it to teach others. Wiccans have no central leadership or holy texts. For more info:

No. Wicca does not go by a book. It's a religion which relies upon deep personal experiences, and orally transmitted mysteries from those who are Wiser in the Art.
Because there is no standard "received wisdom", no "Wiccan Liturgy" or "Wiccan Catechism", and because every Witch's store of knowledge (their Book of Shadows) contains life experiences unique to them and to them alone, there theoretically should be no cause for them to go to war with each other, or to pursue aggressive warfare against those who do not follow Wicca.

No, I don't think they have a set bible but there are plenty of books out there to educate oneself from.
Most modern Witches keep a Book of Shadows or Grimoire, which is more like an individual's workbook, journal, or diary, meaningful to the person who keeps it. This book contains rituals, discoveries, spells, poetry, herb lore, etc.

It depends on the personal faith of the believer but many of them follow specific books handed down or recomended by thier mentor / teacher.
