If you mean as in a soulmate sort of situation, then I'd have to honestly admit I've been having some ups and downs with this myself. Sometimes I feel that there is someone meant for everyone. While at other times I say it could be just random. And the experineces around us in our environment determine and shape who we likely end up with.

I think before everyone's birth, there is already a plan made up for them. So if you're meant to meet someone you're going to meet them. Ok.
