thats a bad transliteration (Chok) is better
it means something that we do not know the true meaning of.

G-d gave two types of commandments to the Jewish people. Those that we understand and those that we do not.

no stealing would be one that we understand. But keeping the sabbath is one that we dont truly understand the significance of.
