Depends on where in Toronto and where in Niagara but I get the feeling that you mean the border at Niagara so no more than 2 hours. It could be as short as an 1 1/4 hours depending on traffic and your final destination.

Depending on the traffic on Queen Elizabeth Way and how fast you drive, about 2 hours difference from Niagara to Toronto

Avoid going when people are driving to and from work. Also there is a lot of truck traffic. Take the Queen Elizabeth Way. It is 81.4 miles. If there are no problems, you should be able to drive it in 1 hour and 28 minutes.

About a 2 hour drive the way I remember.
Just checked my Delorme map and it shows just under 80 miles.
So it would be a slow 2 hours...

If I remember right, it took us about 50 minutes to make that trip on the Queen's Hwy.
