You can't w/o surgery. You lose bodyfat evenly all around, not just in one place or another. Those diet pills that claim to lose your"stubborn belly fat" are all snake oil...

Do exercises that target your abdomen. There are lots of choices, and just the old crunch idea is no longer the way to go, especially if you're going after a sleek middle. Research in fitness magazines and online things that appeal to you... this month's issue of SHAPE magazine has some sets of exercises even specifically targeted to your age group.

I would do lots of crunches. That way your pretty much only targeting your stomach area. =) Good luck dear.

crunches wont do anything if fat is over the muscle. u need to burn fat and eat less/better...
