Sirloin Cheesesteak SandwichA cooked mixture of beef strips, onion, peppers and tomato is spooned into split hoagie buns, topped with cheese and broiled.Ingredients:
• 1/2 pound lean sirloin steak, thinly sliced
• 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced in strips
• 1/2 hot pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tomato, peeled, seeded and diced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 cup shredded cheese (I use mozzerella, but any is fine)
• 4 (6-inch) hoagie buns, split
Method:
In a large heated skillet, saute the onions, both peppers, garlic, and tomatoes in the vegetable oil until tender (about 5 minutes); remove and set aside. Add the steak to the same skillet. Sprinkle salt and pepper over meat. Stir-fry until steak is cooked through. Return vegetable mixture to meat and toss. Remove from heat. Place bottoms of hoagie buns on a baking pan. Spoon 1/4 of the meat mixture on each bun. Sprinkle with the cheese. Place under broiler until cheese melts (about 1 minute). Add tops.

Lean ground beef mixed with a little apple sauce (keeps it moist and juicy) salt, pepper and a little bar-b-que sauce then throw it on the grill until it's cooked just right. Compliment with pepper-jack cheese(melted on top), lettuce, tomato and hot banana peppers. On your bun, add a little ranch dressing. Then couple that baby with seasoned fries and you're go to go! Oh! don't forget the cold beer!

I usually eat smoked turkey, crisp and fresh lettuce, tomatoes fresh from my garden, salt and pepper, mayo, green bell pepper from my garden (where else:P), and Dubliner Irish Cheddar Cheese. And maybe some roast beef as an extra filler.

Muffalata!

Chopped olives and garlic, mixed with olive oil and slathered on the inside of a nice big Italian loaf. Then lots of salami, turkey, ham, lettuce, tomatoes and garlic salt! It's heaven!
