This is my own creation. My family loved it - I call it Hellmann's Bubbly Chicken.

Hellmann’s Bubbly Chicken

3Boneless, skinless Chicken breasts, pounded thin
3 tbsp.Italiano seasoning
2 tbsp.Mrs. Dash Original Blend
2 tbsp.Lemon Pepper seasoning
2 tbsp.Liquid Honey
3 cupsHellmann’s ½ the Fat Dressing
3 cupsSparkling wine (Substitute: white wine)
1 cupFeta cheese, crumbled

1. Pound the chicken breasts thin and place them in a shallow baking dish
2. In a medium sized bowl, combine the Italiano seasoning, Mrs. Dash, Lemon Pepper seasoning, honey, Hellmann’s and sparkling wine. If you do not have sparkling wine available, either a dry white wine or a sparkling non-alcoholic grape juice will work just fine.
3. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts so that they are mostly covered.
4. Sprinkle the Feta cheese over the top.
5. Cook in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.

CHICKEN STIR FRY

2 tablespoons dark sesame oil, divided
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 pounds chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1 head broccoli, stems removed
1 dozen mushrooms, sliced
3 carrots, peeled and julienned
1/4 pound green beans, diced
1 head bok choy, chopped
2 to 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir. Place the chicken in the pan and brown 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan, slice into strips, set aside.
Heat remaining tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat. Add the vegetables and teriyaki sauce. Stir-fry quickly until the vegetables begin to soften. Add the chicken strips, combine well and continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately

Teriyaki Sauce

2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
2 oranges, juiced
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons ginger, peeled and minced
1/2 cup scallion, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour. May also be used as a great marinade for chicken, shrimp or beef.

I found a new recipe on my butter box. Basically you melt a half stick of butter. In another dish mix 1/2 cup parmesian chees, 1 tsp dried basil and 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic. Dip the chicken breast in butter and coat with cheese mixture. Bake in 400 degree oven for 17 to 22 minutes. It is delicious and so easy!

Not sure if it's new or not, but I use it at least once a week. Marinate in spicy italian dressing with 2 cloves garlic minced, then toss on the grill - charcoal, not gas - til done. Serve with grilled potatos & onions ( slice potatos & onions thin, place on large piece of foil & dot butter over the top. Fold over edges to make a pouch, then toss on grill while chicken cooks) Add a fresh garden salad, homemade garlic bread & ice cold sweet tea & you're ready for anything!!

This is a hit with my family.

Smothered Chicken

1 chicken, cut up (I use 2 packages of thighs, but you can use any part of the chicken)
1/2 plus 1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup finely chopped brown onion

Wash chicken and pat dry. Combine the 1/2 cup flour, salt, and pepper. Roll chicken in flour mixture to coat. Heat butter in large heavy skillet. Brown chicken on all sides. Place chicken, skin-side up, in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or roasting pan. Add onion to drippings in skillet; cook until soft. Add 1 1/2 cups water to skillet; bring to a boil. Pour over chicken. Cover tightly with a lid or foil. Bake at 350* for 60 minutes. Remove chicken and keep warm.

Carefully pour liquid from baking dish into skillet used for browning; bring to a boil. Combine the remaining 1/3 cup flour with 1 cup water; mix until smooth. Add to hot liquid. Cook, stirring constantly until gravy thickens. Taste for seasoning. Makes 4 servings.

TIP: Gravy is delicious served over rice or mashed potatoes.

this is simple and quick but really tasty.
You'll need
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 half cup of semi dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1 can of biscuits

in a 9x13 pan you'll mix the chicken soup, wine, salt and pepper
place the chicken breasts on top of that mixture and cover with aluminum foil.
bake for 25 mins at 350

remove from oven and uncover, place raw biscuits on top of chicken and put this back into the oven for another 15 mins. or until biscuits are golden brown.

thats it. serve with tossed salad or steamed veggies.

A good marinade...

4 garlic cloves crushed
olive oil
lemon juice
Italian seasoning
salt and pepper

No big measurements, its just a marinade...throw everything together in a zip top bag and put in the fridge a couple hours or overnight. Bake, fry, grill, whatever...crazy tasty.
