You must take in a surplus of calories to support your muscle growth and fuel your work outs.Lift heavy weights for low reps training each body part only once a week concentrating on big compound movements like squat, bench, dead lift and barbell rows.Eat some form of good quality protein every 3 hours to retain a positive nitrogen balance and remain anabolic.
You have to get sufficient rest because you grow when you're asleep.
Eat plenty of good food like fruits, vegetables but especially good forms of carbs and meat protein.Don't let any half wit tell you that carbs are bad for you. They should be avoided if you're trying to lose weight. The carbs help you secrete insulin which will help you grow by transporting the nutrients to the mitochondria of the cells.
This is what I did and some form of this plan will work for you.I was a tiny kid my whole life but I turned that around. Now I win power lifting contests.Check my best answers for more training tips.Joe

Add some protein shakes into it after you workout. Also, try to not do many aerobic exercises but more mass exercises. Try to eat more fatening foods and stay on water

Probably nothing. I am the same way.
Just let it be. If you are looking to bulk up, try doing less reps, more sets of heavier weights.
