I am looking into making new recipes for dinner that are low calorie. Nothing too complicated though :)

If you have yummy dinner ideas that are "healthy" please share!

Go to the Light and Tasty website.www.Lightandtasty.com We have tried alot of their recipes and even bought 2 of the cookbooks. Getting ready to get a couple more. Some recipes take some time but alot are quick and easy.

Lightly grease a baking dish. Place chix parts in dish. Pour in enough Low Calorie Italian salad dressing to come 1/2 way up chix (use a dish that fits, use 1 c dressing) Bake at 350 F for 35 - 45 minutes or til juices run clear. Cover with foil or baste with juices 1/2 way thru, depending of moistness of chicken. Serve with basmati rice and steamed Brussel Sprouts. That's as easy and low cal as you can get and still taste good.

Grill a salmon fillet in a George Foreman mechine. Cook 2-3 cups brown rice. Cut up 2-4 dried seaweed sheets into inch long squares. Mix everything together! YUM!

sorry that there's no extact time to grill the salmon, but I always just check every few minutes.

Turkey spaghetti:
Substitute ground turkey for ground beef
Substitute no yolks instead of regular pasta
Include all other ingredients you would normally use

brown rice with sauteed vegetables. very easy and quick!
