My age is 23.I use to have pain in every weak.somtimes it lasts 4 1 day.some times it lasts 4 severa days.am regularly taking medicine.now the normal pain killers are not working on me.wht should i do?How long can i live?

You need to be evaluated by your doctor right away. You may either be developing a tolerance to your medicine so it does not work as good anymore or you are having a sickle cell crisis. Please do not suffer with this - get to your doctor and ask for help.

Hi Pooja, Actually I am not able to understand what kind of pain u have? And since when? that is more important coz if pain just started then you must consult the haemotologist immediately. Anyway you dont need to get upset with this.. Now a days there are many good hospitals wherein u can get a proper medications, I will suggest you to go to Appollo hospital for the better treatment.. The details are not clear.
You are having the pain..where ..? you mean general body pain..or headche ?
Why dont you contact a good clinical Haematologist who will advise you in the best way possible ?
Nowadays all big hospitals will be having at least couple of clinical haematologists.
He will advise you as to whether you require Blood transfusions and other medications.
Dont lose your heart...Nowadays options are many !
