i don't repeat on purpose it is so pointless unless there is something really hard to get out of my hair they just want you to waste the product so you buy more

Only if my hair is extra dirty... otherwise lather rinse is sufficient. :)

i dont, just enviest in an expensive shampp that works for yooh. yooh may have to try more than one but its worth it when yooh find it and yooh have beautiful hair because yoohll get many many compliments

No. I don't shampoo my hair very often either, because it dries out my curly hair.
