Actually, it depends on whether or not you are proposing to an EXISTING client or a POTENTIAL client. If you already have a contract with the client, then your fees should have already been determined. If you are proposing to become the pr representative counselor for the client, then it should be negotiated and included in the contract.

Let me know if you are pitching to an existing or potential client, and I can help you go from there.

The value is whatever the client believes it is, while the cost is whatever you decide to charge.

I'm not sure if you are planning to charge for proposing a strategy, or if you are proposing to charge for executing the strategy (two very different things.

Where the client is from should not matter. If you work in Hungary, charge for your time according to the local market. The tough part will be estimating expenses for activities outside the area with which you are familiar. If the media work is to take place in Greece, a PR practitioner in Hungary would not be able to do it alone. So, if you're estimating costs, factor in what you think you'll have to pay a Greek firm to help with outreach to Greek media.

Complex questions, no simple answers!

Generally, an agency charges a percentage of the PR costs. Once you know, or have a good idea of the costs, you set a percentage of the total cost for your fee. If the figure is not easily determined, then simply make the contract for a percentage of the total cost, to be added to the total. But you need regular payments during your work to cover costs and your own agency's fee to that point.

I do agree many adoptions expenditures are outrage. regrettably the folk who've money are keen to pay this expenditures. The business enterprise would nicely be blamed although plenty is going to people who do undertake from agencies or legal specialists that would charge a ton ,because of fact that they are keen to pay it. It’s unhappy because of fact some people who might make stable mothers and fathers yet cant pay the outrage adoption expenditures that some agencies have. This turns some in direction of the black industry which isn't marvelous. Now if those people who can and are keen to pay 30+ grand might purely say no then they might ought to decrease issues down. human beings aren’t keen to try this however they desire to have a newborn and a few with pay something in the event that they are in a position to cope with to pay for it. ideally the money ought to flow to business enterprise expenditures, the individuals that artwork for them, besides as any counseling or centers that are furnish for birthmothers as quickly as they have resign and via the time they are questioning of it. i think of all adoption business enterprise’s ought to be non-for earnings. the expenditures ought to be the comparable no matter what the race of the infant is.

Generally PR firms charge a monthly retainer. I would charge something like $3,000 US for 6 months for this gig.
