Sometimes people have to be hurt to really appreciate someone who won't hurt them. Being hurt by past loves is what makes me appreciate my current boyfriend so much. Without those experiences I wouldn't have been able to realize how exceptional he really is.

it's not the love that is hurting , it is the loss of love and yes, it is suppose to make you appreciate love more and not take it for granted.

No, but relationships do tend to do that. All about his needs and your needs. Sometimes they can just spiral in total opposites that fights break out. I hope you're talking about fights and not something like being cheated on.
