You need to address your diet. How many calories are you eating each day?
Men need to consume at least 2,5000 calories daily. See a nutirionist or your physician. Have your health checked, a blood test weight checks etc. If you can't afford a balanced diet there are organisations which can help you, such as the Salvation Army and some churches who run soup kitchens.
If you have a drug or drink problem contact A.A or Narcotics Annonymous. Your library can provide you with a list of local agencies and charities. There is help out there.

Without knowing other conditions of your health, it is very difficult to say from what you are suffering. Malnutrition, anaemia can be presumed if you are young. Better you consult a physician who will find out the real cause and prescribe remedy. Don't neglect. Though it is not serious, attention is needed early. Get well soon!
