I wish someone would have told me to ignore the boys, and concentrate only on my studies. To do my homework as soon as I got home, and to study a lot more. See my mom was a crack head, and she didn't care what us kids did. So you know what happens when kids are allowed to do what they want. They do what they want. So study hard, do all your work, don't be afraid to ask for extra help, and don't give into peer pressure. Start planning for your future now. Don't wait just because you think your young and you have time.

I wish I'd been made more aware of the option of going to a technical school instead of a four year college. I would have received more practical training and would already be employed at job I enjoyed instead of still being in school right now.

Take life one day at a time. While in high school: I worked, was in after-school clubs, and school (homework). I never did anything that overwhelmed me. As for boys; boys that go to the same school as you suck. My advice date an someone at another school or someone alittle older in school. Remember its High School you really won't remember anything from H.S. or talk to those people again. I rarely talk to anyone from H.S. but a few great friends.

I'm 34 with 3 girls in school.I guess the best thing I can tell you is BE STRONG.Be you!Looking back I tried to be what others wanted me to be often.Enjoy this time in your life it slips away quickly.♥
