He must not be a good friend if he took the phone number from you. I would talk to your so called friend about this. The good thing is your girlfriend is at least honest with you unlike this so called friend.

First of all i don't think he is a good friend and his intentions are not of just to be firends with her because he can ask person to person for the phone number even me or her... answering to how handle it confront him to see what really are his intentions and talk him serious about it...

Sounds to me like your girlfriend is being the honest one and your 'friend' is being shady. There are obvious intentions there or why else would they be doing it behind your back. I think your girlfriend telling you speaks volumes about her character. You need to sit down with your friend, find out why they did that, and if they lie or you know they were up to no good - Ditch 'em. You don't need friends like that anyway.
