I ordered 2 stamp sets off eBay and the lady shipped them from Hawaii to Indiana on July 22nd. I still haven't gotten them. I think 2 1/2 weeks is to long to wait for them. I'm not sure what to do. She has no tracking #.

Depends on shipping method. Has she sent them yet? By law, sellers have 30 days to ship (per FTC) and 7 days to ship to be protected under paypal....if you paid through paypal. You need to contact your seller and ask when and how she shipped. Normally, a letter would take 3-4 days to ship from HI given that there's no weekend in there.
See what your seller says. If they don't show, she will have to refund you. If she refuses to do that, then file an "Item Not Received" report with Ebay. There's a link on the website.

Contact the seller, inform her you still haven't received the package. If you paid by paypal, you have 30 days to file that report that you didn't receive your product, so make sure you watch the calandar, because after that, your options go downhill. Ebay can get (some of) your $$ back, but there's like a $25 fee for it, so unless it's something you spent a significant amount on, it's not worth going through ebay.
I've mostly had good luck, but have had to file a couple of "item not received" reports.

Sounds fishy. I'd cancel the order, if possible. You should have gotten an email confirming the item was shipped.
