so i just want to resize some of my pics, what is a site that i can use that is not to complicated and i DONT have to download?

You don't need a site to resize some pictures. All you need to do is open it in Paint and click on the Image tab and select Scretch/Skew. Then adjust to what you want it to be in % form

go to paint on your computer
press ctrl+w
then resize it and junk
