The answer is truly not that simple, but it could be yes. How did you come by that soda? Was it stolen? If so did you steal it or just receive it stolen? If you received it stolen and didn't know that it was stolen then are you guilty also? Did you you buy it? The money you used was it clean or dirty? How did you come about the money? Was it of legal means? If not then by what means did you come by the money?
See just like religion with out all the games being played, how do you know?
I will say this, if drinking an orange soda gets you in to hell, well I guess you and I will be there together.

Not only that, orange soda is essential to ones reproductive state. In some cultures orange soda is worshipped as the fertility god. Sheesh, what pagans.
