I don't believe it exists. The sheer nature of the size of the 2 cards would make such a thing just about impossible. Try a card reader.

Get a CF card reader. Usually it's connect to a USB slot of your computer/laptop. They have a 6-in-1 readers nowadays, so you can use most of the popular memory card to stick in your computer.
However, if you are talking about getting adapter for your camera... then none exist for the camera. Just get a brand new SD card, they are very cheap nowadays. For 256mb SD card, it's less than $20 in most internet stores.
